COVID-19 Update

As the COVID-19 pandemic develops, we are committed to keeping you updated on the latest developments. A national emergency has been declared in the United States as of March 13. In these challenging times, the Falcon team is taking measures to allow for sustained operations, so we may continue to support your business.

Falcon is implementing business continuity contingencies in which remote work is phased in to normal business operations to mitigate risk, while also allowing the flexibility to maintain operations. Increased safety measures are also being taken at our facilities to help maintain as healthy an environment as possible.

Supply chain challenges in the United States from COVID-19 are evolving on a daily basis, but include the following:

  • Changes to ocean freight carrier service rotations

  • Limited working hours at port terminals

  • Changes in domestic and international flight schedules for passenger and freighter services - leading to daily capacity and rate fluctuations.

The Falcon customer service team is standing by ready to assist your business with the information and service you need to keep your supply chain going.

For personal health and safety best practices, please follow guidelines issued by government authorities.
