50 Years of Partnership with EgyptAir
Falcon’s relationship with EgyptAir began in 1971 when we were designated as their COMAT logistics partner – an operation that has continued uninterrupted through today. Given the success of the COMAT program, in 1983 Falcon was tapped to establish the company’s North American cargo operations. Though EgyptAir did not have flights to the region at the time, Falcon fielded a sales team that was able to quickly develop a large scale interline cargo program. By the time EgyptAir launched flights to North America, Falcon was able to ensure a profitable cargo operation from day one.
Year One: Sales fully meet 747 belly hold capacity
Year Three: Sales fully meet capacity of new 747 Combi + additional 50% volume as interline cargo on outside carriers
Year Four: Sales exceed 200% of 747 Combi capacity
